Production Planner

Production Planning (MS Project Required) Are you the person everyone relies on to keep projects on track? Growing manufacturer of engineered material handling and conveyor systems is seeking a Production Planner to play a key role in coordinating production schedules, resources, and project timelines. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact by ensuring complex conveyor projects move efficiently from planning through production and shipment. If you enjoy solving scheduling challenges, collaborating across departments, and building detailed project plans in Microsoft Project, we'd love to talk. What You'll Do Develop and maintain production schedules using Microsoft Project Create and manage Gantt charts to keep projects on schedule Coordinate production timelines for conveyor assembly projects Work closely with engineering, production, purchasing, project management, and vendors to ensure materials and resources are available when needed Support resource planning and production capacity planning Monitor project milestones and proactively identify scheduling conflicts or delays Coordinate shipment timing to meet customer project deadlines Communicate schedule updates across multiple departments to keep projects moving What We're Looking For Microsoft Project experience is required Strong experience creating and managing Gantt charts Experience with production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations Excellent organizational and communication skills Comfortable working with multiple departments in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment Why Consider This Opportunity?
