About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to spearhead the development of a robust go-to-market strategy that aligns with the strength of its AI-enabled revenue cycle management product. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming the current sales approach, which has primarily been inbound, into a repeatable and forecastable outbound motion. This role is pivotal in reaching out to the target market, including independent FSEDs and emergency medicine groups, to ensure they are aware of the value the company's product can bring in the context of the No Surprises Act and IDR process. The VP of Sales will be tasked with optimizing the go-to-market engine, defining the ideal customer profile, and designing the entire sales process from target lists to close. A key focus will be on high-value, long-term consultative selling, and the role involves not only carrying a personal quota but also building and leading a sales team to meet the company's growth objectives. The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Sales position at the company will be a builder with a strong background in B2B healthcare sales, particularly in the areas of RCM, medical billing, and coding. A minimum of 6 years' experience in B2B healthcare sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, is required. The role demands a professional with a proven track record of transitioning from founder-led or inbound sales to a structured outbound approach, as well as experience in running a sales operation from the ground up. The candidate should be adept at selling to a range of stakeholders, including clinical and financial buyers, and be comfortable with the economic aspects of the sales process. Strongly preferred qualifications include direct experience in the healthcare services sector, particularly with a focus on emergency medicine and freestanding EDs, and existing relationships within the target market. The successful candidate will be expected to be hands-on, data-driven, and a clear communicator, with a low ego and a strong technical acumen to quickly learn and understand the product and market.
