En het beste moet nog komen. Hier bouw je niet aan je carrière. Hier bouw je een imperium. Gemaakt om te winnen. Verantwoordelijkheden De commerciële strategie voor Europa uitstippelen en uitvoeren. Welke markten, welke kanalen, en volgorde. Jij zet de koers en zorgt dat het team die koers volgt. Nauw samenwerken met de Head of Growth zodat marketing en sales één lijn trekken. Warme leads worden deals, het merkverhaal versterkt onze verkoopgesprekken en beide motoren draaien op hetzelfde doel. Klantrelaties opbouwen die jaren meegaan. Van koude introductie tot preferred supplier bij de grootste retailers van Europa. Nieuwe markten en distributeurs binnenhalen in Nederland en Europa. Jij bepaalt waar we naartoe gaan en hoe we binnenkomen. Ecom merken identificeren die een eigen supplementen brand willen bouwen en Whisk positioneren als de partner die dat voor ze regelt. Onderhandelen over listings, jaarcontracten en private label deals. Niet wachten tot het klopt, maar zorgen dat het klopt. Een salesteam werven en begeleiden dat zelf gas geeft. Jij coacht, daagt uit en blijft de lat hoog leggen. Omzet, marge en volume forecasten en bijsturen om escalaties te voorkomen. Commerciële processen bouwen die over een jaar nog steeds werken als alles 2x zo groot is. Per markt en kanaal bepalen hoe we binnenkomen, groeien en de toon zetten. Kansen zien voordat ze kansen zijn. Kwalificaties 5+ jaar commerciële ervaring in FMCG, food of supplements. Jij hebt grote retailers binnengehaald en weet hoe je daar blijft. Je hebt een aantoonbaar trackrecord in het openen van nieuwe accounts en het laten groeien van bestaande relaties. Je begrijpt de wereld van private label en contract manufacturing, wat merken drijft en hoe je Whisk als vanzelfsprekende keuze neerzet. Je recruit, begeleidt en bouwt een salesteam uit dat presteert. Je pakt graag eigenaarschap over doelstellingen, pipelines, accounts en resultaten. Als meewerkend voorman denk je in kansen, handel je op data en hou je de commerciële discipline scherp ook als het druk is. Je krijgt energie van bouwen en je viert samen met je team succes. Van die eerste deal in een nieuw land tot een partnership dat jaar na jaar groeit. Voordelen De kans om mee te bouwen aan een van de snelstgroeiende FMCG bedrijven van Europa.
