Certified Medical Assistant CMA

The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) is responsible for providing clinical and administrative support to healthcare providers, ensuring efficient patient care and smooth operation of the medical facility. The role includes assisting with patient examinations, performing clinical tasks, managing patient records, and coordinating with the healthcare team. The CMA must be certified and capable of working flexible hours, including weekends and rotating day/evening shifts. Responsibilities:

• Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations and procedures.
• Perform clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing patients, and collecting specimens.
• Manage patient records and documentation accurately and timely.
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate follow-up care.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and team members to ensure quality care.
• Support administrative duties as needed to facilitate clinic operations.

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week including weekends.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical office procedures.

• Capability to work rotating day and evening shifts.

• Experience working in a healthcare facility or similar clinical environment.
