We are seeking a polished, service-oriented Client Services Concierge who enjoys helping people, takes pride in creating a welcoming environment, and thrives in a fast-paced professional setting.

As the first point of contact for clients, guests, and business partners, you will play a key role in delivering the outstanding service and attention to detail that defines our brand. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, technologically savvy, and genuinely enjoys building relationships while keeping daily operations running smoothly. This is a part-time, on-site position averaging 30 hours per week, with hours scheduled between 9:00 to 5:00, Monday through Friday. Flexibility to work additional hours, up to 40 hours per week, may be required based on operational needs.

What you’ll do

• Welcome clients, guests, and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
• Answer and direct calls on a multi-line phone system.
• Schedule conference rooms, support meetings, and client requests.
• Handle mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Keep offices, common areas, and meeting spaces clean, organized, and ready for use.
• Provide administrative support, including document preparation, copying, scanning, and related client services.
• Assist with client onboarding, and office setup.
• Coordinate catering and hospitality services for meetings and events.
• Maintain accurate records, databases, and billing information.
• Assist with standard office technology and basic troubleshooting.
• Support special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
