Community-Based Physical Therapist

Job Location: Twin Cities Metro area

Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000 annually + $8,000 Retention Bonus!

What You'll Do:

• Travel to client homes and provide physical therapy services
• Develop functional goals and personalized recovery plans
• Coach patients and caregivers on exercises and modifications
• Communicate with nurses, case managers, and primary care providers

Requirements:

• MN Physical Therapy license in good standing
• Strong interpersonal and adaptability skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
