Founding Engineer

We’re looking for a highly ambitious Founding Engineer to join a fast-growing AI startup building the next generation of developer workflows for production codebases. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founding team and help shape both the product and the engineering culture from day one. You’ll operate in a fast-paced environment where speed, ownership, and product intuition matter as much as technical excellence. You’ll be responsible for building and shipping product features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and infrastructure. Beyond coding, you’ll regularly interact with users, identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and drive projects from idea to production with a high degree of autonomy. We’re looking for engineers who enjoy building quickly, solving real user problems, and working close to the product. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, highly proactive, and comfortable operating in an early-stage startup environment. A strong interest in AI‑powered developer tools and modern engineering workflows is important.
