Occupational Therapy - Occupational Therapist (OT)Occupational Therapist assignment for a 13-week contract with a consistent day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This role offers 35 guaranteed hours per week and is suited for a therapist working in a rehabilitative or post-acute care setting. The OT will focus on improving patients' ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs), enhance functional independence, and support overall recovery. The position emphasizes patient-centered care and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.Requirements: Candidates should have experience working as an Occupational Therapist in a clinical, rehab, or long-term care setting. Strong knowledge of ADL training, therapeutic interventions, and patient-centered care planning is essential. The therapist must be able to manage a caseload efficiently, communicate effectively with patients and team members, and maintain accurate documentation. Active OT licensure and all required certifications must be current and in good standing prior to the start of the assignment.
