About the unit Number of Beds - 42 Number of Staff – 100 Type of staff: Day Shift/Night Shift – (1 CNC, 14-17 RNs, 1 unit coordinator) Patient Ratios – 2:1, 1:1 Type of equipment – Incubators; radiant warmers, continuous cardiorespiratory monitoring, High Frequency Oscillating Ventilation, Jet Ventilation, Servo ventilation, tracheostomy, high-flow nasal cannula, NIPPV, central lines, PIVs, Foley catheters, titrated medications, continuous medications, intermittent IV/PO medications, chest tubes, Arctic Sun. EMR – Neonatal Notes Manager, Meditech 2+ years of recent NICU experience required BLS, NRP certifications required Level IV NICU experience required This position is available as a travel contract for those 50+ miles from the facility.
