The Role As a Customer Service Representative, your primary objective is to provide an outstanding experience for our customers. You’ll help with policy changes, billing questions, claims-related support, and general account service-while keeping documentation accurate and communication clear. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, pays attention to details, and takes pride in getting things done the right way.
