NOW HIRING: FULL-TIME RN SUPERVISOR – OVERNIGHT SHIFT

Horsham Center for Jewish Life is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team.

Full-Time | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

The RN Supervisor will provide clinical leadership and support to our nursing team while ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership, direction, and support to nursing staff during the overnight shift.

• Oversee resident care and ensure services are provided according to individualized care plans, facility policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor medication administration, resident assessments, treatments, and overall resident safety.

• Support nurses and CNAs in addressing resident needs and clinical concerns.

• Respond appropriately to changes in resident condition and clinical emergencies.

• Communicate and collaborate with physicians, providers, nursing staff, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.

• Serve as a leadership resource and point of contact for staff, residents, families, and administration.

• Promote teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and respectful communication among staff.

• Help ensure the nursing department maintains high standards of quality and resident-centered care.

Qualifications:

• Current Pennsylvania RN license required

• Previous supervisory or nursing leadership experience preferred

• Long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
