DISHER is seeking an experienced Design Engineer for our customer in Portage MI. They are a global leader in medical technologies and are driven to make healthcare better.

What you will get to do:

• Work with customer project team and suppliers designing a patient restraint system.
• Exceptional use of Creo
• Design the medical device but also do documentation and development of requirements for the system (engineering drawings specifications etc.)
• Mentor others on the team
• This is a 3 month contract with potential for extension.

What will make you successful:

• Designing and manufacturing textiles
• Designing and manufacturing mechanisms
• Mechanical design engineering - design build test system integration
• Mechanical joining fastening assembly
• Stackup Analysis
• 100% onsite
