Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New York State Physical Therapy License required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with restorative nursing programs and census-driven therapy models preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation in post-acute care preferred.
