CoolToday is a premier heating and cooling company in Florida, currently hiring Lead Appointment Generators in Sarasota. We offer $20 per hour plus commission and bonuses, a robust benefits package, 401(k) match, and a flexible schedule that includes weekends and evenings. Ideal Candidate Dependable – more reliable than spontaneous Achievement‑Oriented – enjoys taking on challenges, even with possibility of failure Autonomous/Independent – prefers working with little direction Looking for a job with a flexible schedule Able to work weekends and evenings Able to converse with customers daily Able to work alone Core Responsibilities Greet customers approaching the company display and encourage them to stop and learn about our products and services Walk throughout the stores, engaging customers in conversations about their home service needs Explain features and benefits of the various products and services while soliciting information from customers on their individual needs Schedule an appointment for one of our Sales Consultants to visit the customer’s home to provide an estimate for product and services Build rapport and relationships with the store's leadership team Attend required monthly meetings and trainings Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically Qualifications Prior experience working in retail is highly desired but not required Required to be standing/walking or sitting for 4‑8 hours at a time Must be outgoing, energetic, and self‑motivated Excellent communication and customer service skills (A+) Must have reliable transportation Must be able to use a smartphone, email, and text No HVAC or Water Treatment experience required
