Job Title: Recruiter I Contract Duration: 1 year, possible extension Location: Clyde, OH Work Arrangement: Onsite Pay Range: $20-$25/hour Summary The Recruiter provides essential support to the Talent Acquisition team by identifying qualified candidates and coordinating the end-to-end hiring process within a manufacturing environment. This role ensures a professional candidate experience through clear communication and efficient administrative management of recruiting activities. Responsibilities Screen resumes and applications based on specific guidelines to identify qualified candidates. Coordinate interviews, drug screens, and hiring process communications. Schedule candidates for New Hire orientation using a standardized, scripted process. Maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities and candidate data. Engage in sourcing and screening activities, balancing time effectively between direct candidate interaction (75%) and sourcing/administration (25%). Perform other related duties as assigned to support the talent acquisition function. Required Qualifications Previous Talent Acquisition experience within a manufacturing plant environment is required. Minimum of 6 months experience in a manufacturing talent acquisition role; 1+ year preferred. Proficiency in Google Workspace tools is preferred. Experience with job boards and recruiting software. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills. Strong ability to multitask and remain target-driven. Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred. Bachelor's degree required for conversion to full-time employment (FTE). 1 year of Recruiting or HR experience or recent BA/BS graduate with internship experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
