Monitor and assess patient conditions during labor and delivery. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans. Participate in continuous professional development and training. Assist in the management of labor and delivery emergencies. Support the achievement of departmental and organizational targets. Educate patients and families on labor and delivery processes. Adhere to safety and infection control protocols. Engage in performance measurement and improvement initiatives. Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately. Evaluate and implement best practices in patient care. Maintain high visibility of work activities and results. Experience / Qualifications Current RN license in Massachusetts with a focus on labor and delivery. Commitment to continuous professional development and learning. Experience in labor and delivery nursing for at least 2 years. Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, results-driven environment. Experience in managing labor and delivery emergencies effectively. Strong communication skills for patient and team collaboration. Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols in healthcare. Ability to evaluate and implement best practices in patient care. Willingness to engage in performance measurement and improvement initiatives.
