Industrial Maintenance Technician - 10 pm to 6:30 am Location: Bradenton, FL, US Full‑time employees are offered the following benefits: Comprehensive health and medical benefits 401(k) Retirement savings plan Professional growth and leadership training Paid vacation, holidays, and parental leave Position Responsibilities Learn and demonstrate safe work habits, proper tool selection and usage, and general shop practices Practice learned knowledge of environmental and maintenance programs Maintain a clean and safe work environment Practice and comply with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes–Oxley, etc.) Perform other duties deemed by management to be integral to the job, including fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures Possess or attain licenses required by municipal, county/ward or state regulatory agencies to work with boilers, refrigeration components and various other job‑related equipment Knead to Know: Preferred Qualifications Experience in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, welding, electrical, industrial equipment, automotive repairs, or related field High school diploma or equivalent; Technical/Trade School certification or diploma a plus Salary Range: $28.00 per hour.
