Field Medical Outcomes, Director, non-MD

Director-level field medical professional responsible for engaging healthcare customers through real-world data analytics, pharmacoeconomic analyses, and outcomes evaluations to demonstrate the clinical and economic value of Pfizer medicines. Role focuses on integrated delivery systems, payers, and specialty pharmacy providers across assigned territories.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute independent medical strategy and customer engagement plans for assigned territory
- Provide objective, scientifically sound medical information using outcomes tools, real-world evidence, and non-interventional studies
- Lead medical account planning for assigned customers and facilitate cross-functional collaboration on outcomes projects
- Support healthcare information technology initiatives including feasibility assessment and clinical relevance evaluation
- Engage with key stakeholders to identify population health priorities aligned with Pfizer medical objectives
Requirements
- Non-MD healthcare or life sciences background with advanced expertise
- Demonstrated knowledge of pharmacoeconomics, health outcomes research, and real-world evidence
- Experience with study design, data analysis interpretation, and scientific communication
- Familiarity with healthcare information technology systems and clinical informatics
- Ability to engage diverse stakeholders including payers, healthcare decision makers, and quality organizations
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements and medical affairs governance
