WHO YOU ARE

You're a seasoned Superintendent who takes Extreme Ownership of field operations, from mobilization through closeout.

You understand construction means and methods, anticipate challenges before they become problems, and lead teams through complex schedules, technical coordination, and demanding architectural details.

You don't simply manage subcontractors. You establish expectations, build accountability, secure commitments, and drive execution.

You lead by example, communicate clearly, and recognize that every field decision impacts quality, schedule, cost, and the client experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead Field Operations

• Take ownership of daily construction activities, trade coordination, sequencing, manpower, logistics, and site conditions.

• Establish clear expectations and hold trade partners accountable for performance, safety, quality, and commitments.

• Lead daily field standups using Lean Construction principles to align trade partners on priorities, confirm commitments, identify constraints, and maintain accountability for execution.

• Maintain accurate daily reporting and project documentation.

Drive Planning & Scheduling

• Independently develop, manage, and update critical-path schedules and weekly look-ahead plans.

• Apply Lean construction practices and collaborative planning to improve workflow and trade reliability. Anticipate procurement, labor, inspection, and sequencing constraints.

• Identify schedule risks early and implement corrective or recovery actions.

Own Quality & Technical Execution

• Interpret and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP documents to identify conflicts before installation.

• Oversee complex building systems, specialty installations, custom finishes, and detailed architectural work.

• Establish quality expectations, coordinate mockups, and verify workmanship throughout construction.

• Resolve deficiencies promptly and drive projects toward a clean, timely closeout.

Lead Safety & People, Protect Client Experience

• Maintain safe, clean, organized, and professionally managed jobsites.

• Enforce OSHA requirements, pretask planning, and company safety standards.

• Build strong working relationships with trade partners, Project Managers, design teams, and clients.

• Communicate issues early, present solutions, and take accountability for outcomes.

• Protect the client's property, experience, and confidence throughout construction.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 7+ years of construction experience, including at least 3 years independently leading projects as a Superintendent.

• Experience delivering projects valued between $3 million and $35 million, preferably in hospitality, custom residential, or complex commercial construction.

• Strong command of construction means and methods, building systems, architectural finishes, and trade coordination.

• Demonstrated ability to independently develop and manage critical-path schedules.

• Working knowledge of Lean construction principles, OSHA regulations, Florida Building Code, and inspection processes.

• Proficiency with construction management technology, field reporting, and scheduling platforms.

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Professionalism and discretion when working with private clients and occupied environments.

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between South Florida project sites.

Additional qualifications valued: OSHA 30, phased or occupied renovations, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Adaptive, OpenSpace Reality Capture, Lean/Last Planner experience, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.
