We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper / Porter to join our team at a well-maintained condominium community in North Miami. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.
Responsibilities
Daily cleaning and maintenance of the property's common areas, including:
- Laundry room
- Garbage room
- Breezeways
- Stairwells
- Parking garage
- Pool deck
- Capri Room
- All interior and exterior common areas
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Dusting surfaces and fixtures
- Wiping down doors, railings, walls, and other common touchpoints
- Picking up paper, litter, and debris throughout the property
- Emptying trash receptacles as needed
- Removing cobwebs from ceilings, corners, and walkways
- Deodorizing common areas and maintaining a fresh environment
- Reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Assisting with maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or porter experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, walking, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday through Friday
Compensation
Compensation is based on experience.
