Housekeeper / Porter - Condominium Community

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper / Porter to join our team at a well-maintained condominium community in North Miami. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Responsibilities

Daily cleaning and maintenance of the property's common areas, including:

Laundry room
Garbage room
Breezeways
Stairwells
Parking garage
Pool deck
Capri Room
All interior and exterior common areas

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Sweeping and mopping floors
Dusting surfaces and fixtures
Wiping down doors, railings, walls, and other common touchpoints
Picking up paper, litter, and debris throughout the property
Emptying trash receptacles as needed
Removing cobwebs from ceilings, corners, and walkways
Deodorizing common areas and maintaining a fresh environment
Reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
Assisting with maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community

Qualifications

Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or porter experience preferred
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, walking, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods
Must be authorized to work in the United States

Schedule

Full-Time
Monday through Friday

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience.
