RN - PCU Night Shift | Sarasota, FL | $57.71/hr | 12-Hour Night Shifts

What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality nursing care using the nursing process for diverse patient populations
Assess and implement patient teaching strategies tailored to individual needs
Lead and coordinate nursing team members effectively
Communicate and delegate responsibilities to team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Utilize data and clinical knowledge to evaluate and improve care quality
Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and ethical guidelines
Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and maintain professional accountability throughout your shift

What You Need:

Required: Valid RN license in Florida, BLS certification, minimum 2 years of clinical experience
Preferred: Certification in a clinical specialty area
Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and judgment capabilities; proficiency with electronic health records and healthcare software
Additional: Ability to work independently, adapt to diverse patient needs, and maintain a professional caregiver demeanor
