Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route to deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products. The position is physical, fast‑paced, and involves both indoor and outdoor work. Key Responsibilities Serve as the face of Cintas, building rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns. Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while maintaining professionalism and safety. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Requirements Active driver’s license. At least 21 years of age. DOT medical certification, prior to the first day of employment. Documentation of previous employment. Compliance with all Department of Transportation requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Additional Qualifications Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position. High School diploma, GED, or military service. Strong customer service orientation. Compensation Estimated total compensation ranges from $45,000 to $90,000 per year, based on base salary, commissions, performance, and business needs.
