Strategic HR Leader for Industrial Manufacturing
OPW, a Dover Company
OPW is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support the Acme Cryogenics locations in Ball Ground, GA. You will partner with leadership to implement HR strategies, manage headcount, and drive a productive, compliant workplace.
The role requires strong interpersonal and analytical skills, a Bachelor’s in HR, and knowledge of employment laws. Experience with Workday and MS Office is preferred; a PHR/SPHR is a plus.
