Senior Manager of FP&A $160,000-$190,000 + bonus Creative Financial Staffing is working with a well-established professional services company in the Loop to fill a Senior Manager of FP&A position, which is a key role for their finance department. Very financially stable Highly motivated team- opportunity to work with a great team Great leadership Top notch benefits- 401k, flexible PTO, strong parental leave, healthcare, pet insurance, etc. Responsibilities of the Senior Manager of FP&A Manage financial planning activities, including management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, etc for one of their fast growing segments Responsible for driving and monitoring financial performance, analyzing and interpreting operating results, investigating variances and unusual items, and evaluating their effect on operations Drive the financial planning process for monthly forecast, annual budgeting, and five-year strategic plan Work closely with the various business units Cross functional contribution assisting executive, regional, sales and supply chain teams; Driving standardization & process improvement across operating businesses in all aspects of planning and reporting, including best practice sharing Provide coaching & development to multiple direct reports Assist with M&A due diligence and scenario modeling. Experience Preferred for the Senior Manager of FP&A 7+ years of progressive finance/Fp&A experience CPA or MBA preferred Strong leadership experience Big 4 roots preferred $160,000-$190,000 + bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr Creative Financial Staffing, LLC
