ERP Data Analyst

We are working with an established, yet growing organization in Pasadena, CA. With over 40 years in business, they have organically grown into an established player in the Distribution & Manufacturing sector. Company retention and culture is great and they are looking to add some additional strategic hires to their organization, as they continue to expand and add new projects!

We are seeking a Technical Data Analyst to support internal systems, reporting, and data investigations. This role focuses on understanding how data moves through business systems, solving data issues, and creating reports that help teams make decisions. Responsibilities include analyzing and tracking data across internal systems, writing SQL queries and creating custom reports, investigating data issues and identifying root causes, documenting workflows, data structures, and findings, and working with business and engineering teams to support system improvements. Support multiple projects and data requests.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, experience in data analysis, reporting, or business systems, strong SQL skills, strong problem-solving and organizational abilities, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Preferred experience includes ERP, manufacturing, or supply chain systems, data modeling, ETL, or Python experience, and workflow or process mapping experience.
