Community Association Manager

Job Overview: As a Community Association Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading our entire on-site operation. You will manage relationships with all departments across the property to ensure company objectives are met. Our Community Association Managers collaborate with Regional Directors and Boards of Directors to implement projects, overcome challenges, and provide quality service to our customers. Your Responsibilities: Provide management and leadership to the assigned property and book of business. Manage the functions of a team within a property while maintaining standards of excellence for processes, methods, and personnel. Act as liaison to ensure quality service is delivered, Board expectations are met, and to assist in prompt response and resolution to questions/problems. Maintain knowledge and understanding of the contract between the association and FirstService Residential. Ensure all contractual obligations are met. Initiate contact with new residents. Conduct site inspections regularly, identify deficiencies, and provide recommendations and action plans to improve the property. Oversee all construction projects and ensure property maintenance/improvement and other related projects are completed on time and within budget. Create, maintain, and upload a variety of information in our portal including work orders, signed meeting minutes, and Monthly Management Reports. Interview, select, recommend, hire, train, and schedule staff. Ensure proper staffing levels, provide directions, and assist in problem resolution. Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in property operations, hospitality, or construction. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Must be Certified and Licensed by the state for Community Association Management (CAM). Strong critical thinking, problem solving, judgment, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Windows. Excellent organization, leadership, management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Knowledge of local state statutes and community documents. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs following safety procedures. Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and occasionally climb. Ability to respond to emergencies promptly. Ability to work in various environmental conditions. What We Offer: Full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, time off, and a 401(k) with company match. Occasional travel may be required. Compensation: $110,000 annually, paid bi-weekly. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM; on-call, some nights and weekends as needed.
