Job Description As the first US Forward Deployed Engineer, you will own customer deployments end-to-end for insurance agencies. You'll bridge the gap between legacy tech stacks and cutting‑edge AI, reverse‑engineering undocumented systems to ship production‑ready AI voice agents. This is a high‑autonomy role where you will translate messy real‑world workflows into scalable, production‑ready automation. What You Will Do Own the entire deployment lifecycle from scoping workflows with agency owners to integrating AI voice agents into messy, legacy insurance systems. Build reusable connectors, configuration layers, and evaluation harnesses to accelerate the speed and reliability of future customer onboarding and account expansions. Translate tribal knowledge from insurance professionals into system designs and ship prompt improvements that ensure high‑fidelity performance across thousands of calls. The ideal candidate At least 2 years of experience shipping production code in Python with specific expertise in building and deploying LLM applications to real users. Strong background in reverse‑engineering legacy APIs or undocumented systems, with a high‑agency mindset to solve complex problems without a pre‑existing playbook.
