What You’ll Do

• Partner with leadership to develop and execute dynamic marketing strategies that drive growth and member engagement
• Research industry trends, demographics, and market opportunities to recommend innovative products, services, and campaigns
• Design and implement marketing materials using a variety of digital and creative tools
• Plan, launch, and evaluate marketing promotions, measuring success and identifying opportunities to improve
• Coordinate and analyze member surveys, turning feedback into actionable insights
• Serve as a key point of contact for member inquiries related to promotions and marketing programs
• Manage vendor relationships, including securing bids and overseeing production of marketing materials
• Ensure marketing efforts meet regulatory and compliance requirements, including necessary filings
• Support and help train staff on cross-selling techniques and how to effectively communicate our products and services
