About Cats Global Schools: Cats Global Schools is a leading education group committed to inspiring the next generation of world shapers. Stafford House International and Stafford House Study Holidays deliver English language and study travel programmes to students from around the world.

Role Overview: This is a part-time Marketing Executive working remotely in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The role supports the global Marketing team across Stafford House International and Stafford House Study Holidays. The successful candidate will focus on digital marketing execution rather than strategy, working closely with the Product Marketing Manager and Marketing & Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update the Stafford House websites (WordPress/CMS), ensuring content is accurate and up to date.
• Create and publish blog articles, landing pages and downloadable marketing materials.
• Build and schedule newsletters and email campaigns.
• Support CRM activities (Zoho), including campaign execution, segmentation and reporting.
• Assist with digital marketing campaigns and monitor performance.
• Coordinate translations and maintain consistency across marketing assets.
• Work with internal stakeholders to gather content and ensure deadlines are met.
• Support quality assurance by reviewing content for accuracy, brand consistency and attention to detail.
• Assist with reporting and general marketing administration.

Person Specification Qualifications and Experience:

• 1–3 years' experience in digital marketing or marketing coordination.
• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems (Zoho experience is an advantage).
• Strong written and speaking English language.
• Experience within international education or study travel is desirable but not essential.

Essential Skills and Attributes:

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Proactive and eager to learn.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good understanding of SEO, content marketing and digital marketing fundamentals.
• Competent with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Salary: R$3,000–3,500 per month depending on the candidate experience and skills.
