KeyResponsibilities Transportation&Delivery-Approximately75% Safelytransporttools,materials,andequipmenttoandfromconstructionjobsites. Completescheduleddeliveriesandpickupsaccuratelyandontime. Coordinatejob-sitepickups,returns,andmaterialmovementsaccordingtocompanyprocedures. Communicateprofessionallywithwarehousestaff,Superintendents,Foremen,andfieldpersonnelregardingdeliveriesandpickups. Verifymaterialsandequipmentbeforeleavingthewarehouseandupondelivery. Supportfieldproductivitybyensuringcrewsreceivethecorrecttoolsandmaterialswhenneeded. Maintaincompanyvehiclesinaclean,safe,andprofessionalcondition. Immediatelyreportvehicle,delivery,material,orsafetyconcerns. WarehouseOperations-Approximately15% Receivereturnedtools,materials,andequipment. Scantoolsandequipmentinandoutusingthecompany'sinventorymanagementsystem. Inspectreturnedtoolsandequipmentforvisibledamageoroperatingconcerns. Organizeandstoretoolsandmaterialsintheirdesignatedlocations. Stagetools,materials,andequipmentforupcomingjob-sitedeliveries. Helpmaintainanorganized,clean,andsafewarehouse. Assistwithinventorycountsandequipmentaccountabilityasneeded. Loading,Securement&EquipmentHandling-Approximately5% Safelyloadandunloadtools,equipment,andconstructionmaterials. Properlysecureloadsbeforetransportation. Useappropriatematerial-handlingandload-securementpractices. Operateforkliftsandotherapprovedmaterial-handlingequipmentwhentrainedandauthorized. Qualifications Theidealcandidatewillhave: Previousdelivery,warehouse,logistics,construction,ormaterial-handlingexperience. Familiaritywithconstructionmaterials,equipment,andsmalltoolsusedinelectrical,mechanical,HVAC,orplumbingconstructionpreferred. Strongorganizationalandtime-managementskills. Abilitytomanagemultipledeliveriesandprioritiesthroughouttheworkday. Abilitytosafelyload,unload,move,andsecuretoolsandconstructionmaterials. Strongattentiontodetailandequipmentaccountability.
