Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with ADP Workforce or similar HR software. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Previous experience in an administrative role within the Oil and Gas or Mining industry. Familiarity with records management systems. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain calendars for team members, scheduling meetings and appointments as necessary. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for staff. Handle multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages to ensure effective communication. Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records. Utilize ADP Workforce and Microsoft Office products to assist in various administrative tasks and reporting. Skills: The required skills are essential for the daily operations of the Administrative Assistant role.
