Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Pay, Benefits & Perks Competitive pay: $21.00–$23.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience. $15.00 for each billable client hour worked after completing Behavior Technician (BT) training but prior to obtaining RBT certification. $14.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time. $200 bonus on first paycheck for candidates with an active RBT certification at hire. No experience required; fully paid training provided. Company‑paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Daily mentorship and hands‑on support. Position Details Position type: Full‑time. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling. Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs. Hours are not guaranteed. What You’ll Do Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center‑based and/or home‑based settings. Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self‑help skills to children with autism. Work one‑on‑one or in small group settings with clients. Collect and record data to track client progress. Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress. Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members. Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development. Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards. What We’re Looking For At least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable with sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently. Passion for helping children and families. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Must obtain a Florida driver’s license before the end of training. Fingerprinting for Florida Medicaid required.
