You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, assist with badge-related activities, and help deter security-related incidents while providing professional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $28.68 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or policy violations. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following applicable post orders and escalation procedures. Monitor access control points and verify authorization for entry, deliveries, and contractor activity in accordance with site requirements. Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required logs for patrol activity, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns. Minimum Requirements: Have at least three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or possess a college degree. Possess an armed guard card or license. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Have at least five years of security-related experience. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
