Now Hiring Quality Assurance Inspector Direct Hire Lancaster, SC Pay Rate: $22.00 $24.00 per hour (2nd Shift | Monday Thursday | 3:15 PM 11:30 PM + Fridays | 3:15 PM 10:15 PM) (3rd Shift | Sunday Thursday | 11:15 PM 7:15 AM) Be the Reason Every Product Passes the Test As a Quality Assurance Inspector in Lancaster, you'll be the one making sure every piece coming off the line meets top standards. Your attention to detail keeps production running smooth and customers coming back.

What You Bring to the Line

• Education: High school diploma or GE
• Experience: 2 years of manufacturing experience in pharma, food, dietary supplement, or another government regulated environment
• Detail Drive: You've got an eye that doesn't miss a thing.
• On-the-Line Ready: Lift, move, and stay active through long shifts.
• Mindset: Solid teammate with pride in quality and a get-it-done attitude.

What You'll Do:

• Provide on-floor QA support for packaging lines and manufacturing processes.
• Perform in-process inspections, room clearances, and release of cleaned equipment/areas.
• Issue labels and printed materials according to production schedules.
• Review batch records and identify discrepancies or documentation errors.
• Assist in deviation investigations and support corrective actions.
• Monitor environmental and pest control programs to ensure compliance.
• Support daily operations of the QA hold area.
• Prepare detailed end-of-day reports summarizing activities and findings.
• Ensure adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality, safety, and compliance.
