Behavior Analyst in Training (BAT)We are seeking a passionate and motivated Behavior Analyst in Training (BAT) who is currently enrolled in or has completed an approved graduate program in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and is actively pursuing BCBA certification. This position is ideal for individuals who are in need of supervised fieldwork hours (both direct and indirect) to meet BACB requirements. The role offers free, high-quality supervision from experienced BCBAs, structured to support your growth, ensure ethical and effective clinical practice, and prepare you for the BCBA exam.Key Responsibilities:Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the BAT will:Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a clinic setting.Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.Collect and record data on client progress using electronic systems.Assist with functional behavior assessments (FBAs), preference assessments, and skills assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R).Participate in treatment planning discussions and contribute to goal development.Attend and actively engage in supervision meetings (individual and group).Complete tasks that meet requirements for unrestricted hours including creating materials, analyzing data, drafting reports, staff training, and research.Communicate regularly with caregivers, team members, and supervisors in a professional and collaborative manner.Maintain confidentiality and adhere to BACB ethics code and HIPAA regulations.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree required; enrolled in or completed a Master’s program in ABA.Actively pursuing BCBA certification and in need of supervised fieldwork hours.Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.Must be reliable, flexible, and committed to ethical practice.Ability to receive and apply constructive feedback.What We Offer:Free BCBA supervision hours and opportunities for restricted and unrestricted tasksIndividual and group supervision in alignment with BACB requirementsStructured training and support systemOpportunities for hands-on experience across a variety of client profilesCollaborative, supportive team environmentPotential for full-time employment and growth within the organization post-certificationWork Environment:Sessions occur in our clinicFlexible schedule options based on availability and client needsMust be comfortable with physical activity and play-based engagement with clientsMonday through Friday work schedule.
