** Talent Acquisition Coordinator **

** Location: ** 1715 N. Westshore Blvd - Tampa, FL

Reports To: Director of Recruiting

** Position Summary **

Impact Business Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting and staffing operations. This individual will play a critical role in coordinating job postings, managing applicant flow, supporting our recruiting team, and ensuring candidates move efficiently through the hiring process.

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with multiple teams, and serving as the backbone of a high-performing recruiting organization.

** Primary Responsibilities **

• Coordinate and publish job postings across multiple job boards and recruiting platforms.
• Manage the initial applicant review and screening process to ensure qualified candidates are routed appropriately.
• Support recruiters with candidate sourcing and lead generation initiatives.
• Coordinate VMS (Vendor Management System) candidate submissions and ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Work closely with Marketing to execute candidate attraction campaigns and talent marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Monitor posting effectiveness and recommend improvements to increase applicant flow.
• Assist with interview scheduling and recruiting logistics as needed.

** Qualifications **

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience using ATS or CRM systems preferred
• High attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Recruiting or staffing experience is a plus
