Remote Medical Collections Specialist
Apria Healthcare
Accendra Health is seeking a remote-based Collections Representative to follow up with insurance companies on unpaid claims and coordinate with patients for timely payments. The role emphasizes diligent documentation, adherence to FDCPA, and accurate updates to billing systems.
The candidate will review unpaid/underpaid claims, resubmit or appeal as needed, and liaise with external agencies when appropriate. A high school diploma and at least one year of related experience are required.
