Job Description Branch Manager II responsibilities include: Managing priorities through planning and execution to drive all aspects of branch performance. Driving revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions and solutions that help clients achieve financial well‑being. Creating a differentiated customer experience in an omni‑channel environment. Leading and influencing the agenda of a broad range of ecosystem partners. Accountable for risk management and compliance in a complex business environment. Building a high‑performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development. Planning and executing a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and customer loyalty. Growing branch revenue through acquisition and share‑of‑wallet growth of consumer and business households and by effectively leading ecosystem partnerships. Driving business banking results through business development and community involvement activities. Coaching for consultative selling to drive results and enable customer financial well‑being. Ensuring a differentiated client experience and coaching the team to confidently engage with customers in technology‑enabled interactions. Leading effective problem resolution to make banking easy for customers. Connecting all PNC services to deliver a seamless customer experience in an omni‑channel environment. Driving the employee experience, acquiring and retaining talent, and fostering an inclusive workplace. Managing operational, human capital, reputational and business risk, exercising leadership, authority, and sound decision‑making to mitigate sales practice risk. Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and adherence to established policies and procedures. Qualifications Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities. Key qualifications include: 5+ years of related experience and at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties; a university degree is not required. Comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. Strong commitment to accountability, banking, client counseling, customer experience, and people management. Experience managing risk, compliance, and multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills and a results‑oriented mindset. All candidates will be subject to background checks required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
