What We're Looking For

• Active Texas Real Estate License (required)

• 5+ closed real estate transactions - you've proven you can close

• Ready to scale beyond your personal sphere

• Process-driven and coachable - willing to work a lead system, not just your contacts

• Full-time or ready to go full-time

• Motivated by production numbers

• Comfortable with CRM and technology

Schedule Compensation

Full-Time | Commission + Bonus | $75,000 – $200,000/year based on performance

Self-determined schedule | Monday–Friday + Weekend availability | Flexible
