Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care to individuals and families from infancy through late adulthood.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Successful completion of a Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Qualified for (or currently possess) an active Ohio state medical license.
