Help

Reviews third-party claims and billing documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with payer and federal regulations.

Monitors claim status through electronic billing systems, tracks denials, and initiates rebills or appeals as needed.

Maintains detailed ledgers, logs, and reports for accounts receivable and collections. Reconciles daily receipts, deposits, and claim postings to ensure transactions balance across multiple financial systems.

Ensures all payments, denials, write-offs, and adjustments are appropriately documented and coded.

Responds to patient, provider, and third-party payer inquiries regarding billing status or discrepancies. Provides explanations of billing procedures and required documentation.
