Qu Hars?

Como Asistente de Servicio al Cliente, sers la primera lnea de contacto para nuestros clientes. Tu misin ser hacer que se sientan valorados y atendidos. Aqu hay algunas de tus responsabilidades:

Responder preguntas y resolver problemas de manera rpida y amable.
Gestionar la garanta de nuestros purificadores de agua (s, eso incluye enviarles su garanta y asegurarte de que todo est en orden!).
Atender llamadas y redirigirlas al equipo adecuado.
Hacer la llamada de bienvenida en ingls a nuestros nuevos clientes (una gran manera de hacerlos sentir en casa!).
Asistir con ventas y entrenamientos en ingls.
Mantener nuestra oficina ordenada y limpia (un ambiente agradable para todos!).

Qu Buscamos?

Personas con experiencia en servicio al cliente y un enfoque positivo.
Extraordinarias habilidades de comunicacin en espaol e ingls.
Capacidad para resolver problemas con una sonrisa.
