How you'll get to contribute:
Lead  all aspects of $500K - $5M design-build concrete, water, storm sewer, and sanitary line projects including earthwork and carpentry​​​​​​. F oster a safe and enjoyable work environment while delivering exceptional project results.

What you'll get to do:

• Cultivate a safe and engaged team by ensuring adherence to safety protocols and prioritizing the well-being of our most important assets, people.

• Drive operational efficiencies that foster growth opportunities by implementing strategies that increase workload capacity and enable the handling of larger projects.

• Optimize project coordination and management through material quantity takeoffs and schedules for people, projects, subcontractors, material deliveries, and equipment.

• Ensure overall project quality and ground-level craftsmanship.

• Foster strong partnerships and stakeholder relations with general contractors, vendors, clients, architects, employees, and municipal representatives.

• Facilitate transparent communication through detailed daily logs and applicable change orders.

• You're familiar with the ins and outs of concrete, water, storm sewer, and sanitary line projects, and you have years of experience planning and leading them.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment 

• You're no stranger to material takeoffs and quantities.

• You're well-acquainted with reading and interpreting construction blueprints and drawings.

• You can pass a drug screen and have a valid driver's license.

FAQs

• What is the typical schedule? Monday - Friday; 7:30 - 4:00 (start and end times may need to vary at times)
• What are some of the specific projects you do? We do commercial projects like laying sewer and sanitary pipes, running water lines, and lots of concrete work (sidewalks, curbs, roads, and decorative). We also move dirt and use GPS for grading.
• What do you do in the winter? We can still pour concrete in the winter and there is plenty to do around the shop to keep people busy on slow days. We also use this time to train and develop.
