Job Description:

A program manager oversees and coordinates multiple related projects to achieve large strategic goals for an organization. Their main duties include managing budgets, tracking risks, and aligning team workflows .

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic alignment: Ensure all projects fit the big goals of the company.
  • Budget and resource control: Make the budget and share people or tools across projects.
  • Risk management: Find and fix big problems before they hurt the work.
  • Team communication: Share clear updates between workers and top leaders.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Several years working in project or program management.
  • Leadership skills: Ability to guide different teams and project managers.
  • Good communication: Clear speaking and writing to connect with all departments.
  • Education: A degree in business, management, or a related field (plus certifications like PMP if needed)
