Job Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant credential required
• At least 2 years of bedside clinical experience preferred
• BLS certification required for this CNA role
• Ability to work effectively under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient service skills
• Knowledge of patient safety practices and infection control standards
• Ability to maintain professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Provide routine patient care and bedside clinical support under RN supervision
• Assist with documentation of care provided and communicate patient care needs appropriately
• Support patient safety by following safe handling, infection prevention, and workplace safety procedures
• Assist with menu management, meal delivery, and dietary-related patient support as needed
• Update and validate diet changes and labeling in the patient menu system
• Perform clerical tasks such as faxing, filing, answering phones, and photocopying when assigned
• Help maintain office and menu supply levels
• Assist trayline, food service aides, or catering support as needed
• Follow HIPAA and organizational policy requirements at all times
