Director, Shopping & Offers Product Leadership

Affirm is a remote-first company redefining payments. We are seeking a seasoned product leader to define the next chapter of our Shopping & Offers experience, directing a portfolio that spans Home, Search, and Profile surfaces to drive conversion and revenue.

You will grow a high-performing PM team, align with engineering, design, and analytics, and push for rigorous experimentation to improve completion rates and retention across a two-sided marketplace.
