Warehouse Associate - (Shipping & Receiving)

Golden Star Technology Inc. (GST) is seeking an experienced, dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment, while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment and delivery
• Load and unload equipment and materials safely
• Ability to operate a pallet jack and/or sit-down forklift
• Operate RF scanners to track and manage inventory
• Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system
• Organize inventory and ensure accurate bin counts
• Prepare bill of materials (BOMs) for service projects
• Complete and maintain warehouse documentation and shipping records
• Coordinate shipping logistics, including verifying methods and rates
• Perform local deliveries and pickups as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Support additional warehouse and operational tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Must have previous warehouse experience
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds safely
• Experience operating manual and/or electric pallet jacks in a warehouse environment required
• Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
