Clinic Details Our physical therapy center in Fort Wayne, IN is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist who is a motivated self‑starter and passionate about growing professionally through mentorship and continued learning. As part of our dynamic outpatient orthopedic team, you’ll treat a diverse caseload spanning all ages and diagnoses, including acute and chronic conditions, post‑operative patients, vestibular and concussion rehab, neurological conditions, sports performance, and more. 1:1 mentorship provided for all new graduates! Compensation Salary: $75,000 – $105,000 (commensurate with experience) Up to $20,000 sign‑on bonus $350/month student debt repayment program Mileage reimbursement between clinics Location This role includes working at our Lima Road, Dupont Road, and Maysville Road locations, with travel between sites as needed. Responsibilities Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations. Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients. Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third‑party payors. Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager. Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
