Azura Memory Care & Assisted Living of Verona is looking for a passionate and motivated Assistant Executive Director to join our leadership team. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents, families, and team members while helping lead a community built around compassion, connection, and purpose.

As Assistant Executive Director, you'll work closely with the Executive Director to support the day-to-day operations of our Verona community, develop our team, and help create an environment where residents truly feel at home.

What You'll Do

• Partner with the Executive Director to oversee the daily operations of the community and ensure a high standard of resident care and service.
• Support team development, coaching, scheduling, and employee engagement while helping build a strong culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Help ensure compliance with state regulations, company standards, and best practices.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families and serve as a strong advocate for their needs and quality of life.
• Assist with budgeting, operational planning, quality improvement, and community initiatives.
• Step in as a leader who inspires others and helps create a positive, welcoming environment for both residents and team members.

What We're Looking For

• A compassionate, confident leader with experience in healthcare, senior living, assisted living, or memory care.
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A genuine passion for working with older adults and creating meaningful experiences for residents.
• Someone who leads by example, builds strong relationships, and is ready to grow with a mission-driven organization.
