This role is essential in ensuring products are accurately handled, organized, and prepared for shipment. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and value teamwork and safety, this is a great opportunity for you!ResponsibilitiesReceive, sort, and organize merchandise within the distribution center.Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.Load and unload trailers or pallets using safe lifting techniques.Operate manual or powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) as needed.Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines.Assist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear of debris.Participate in training for additional warehouse duties.QualificationsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.0–2 years of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required.BenefitsCompetitive pay.Health, dental, and vision insurance options.Holiday differential.Employee discount program.Opportunities for growth and advancement.Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40Time Type: Full timePay Range: $16.00 - $23.56This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
